Business Philosophy

My name is Raffaele Marino. My friends and colleagues call me Rae. I am a real estate professional and Circle of Excellence Award winning agent with the Marlboro/Manalapan office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. I have lived in Old Bridge, New Jersey since 1990 where my husband and I raised our 2 wonderful children. My husband and I are both natives of Brooklyn, New York and we love living in central NJ where we can take advantage of all the many outdoor activities, New York City and the Jersey Shore!

In my practice of real estate I am well known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers, cooperating agents. Many other agents I have worked with do not share my same paradigm which has made it a priority for me to ensure a better way. My approach to any transaction is this, "be honest and trustworthy with all parties involved".

During the years 2011-2024. I have earned the Circle of Excellence Sales award from the Monmouth County Board of Realtors as well as the International Sterling Society Award and the International Diamond Society Award with Coldwell Banker.

I have served as president of my homeowner's association, the Lakeridge Community Association, from 1995-2011. I am now a member of the Family Services Committee for the Monmouth County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity.

I know what it means to communicate and I know what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless!!
